ATLANTA-March 11, 2013 – Accola, the Atlanta-based professional services software company, today announced that Devry Smith Frank LLP (DSF) has completed a firm-wide deployment of Dynamic AI. With the adoption of Dynamic AI, the efficiency of the firm’s practice management has increased. Management reporting is fast, automated and easily customized to the changing needs of the firm.

DSF, a Toronto-based law firm, has been a trusted advisor and advocate for corporations, individuals and small businesses since 1964. The firm has grown in recent years and now consists of a group of 48 lawyers, 6 licensed paralegals, 33 law clerks and 25 administrative staff. DSF purchased Aderant Expert in 2012 in order to provide for the time-keeping, accounting and billing needs of its growing practice. Soon after the implementation of Aderant Expert, DSF began to look for a more robust and flexible reporting package to enhance its practice management capabilities.

DSF examined Accola’s Dynamic AI software package and realized that it met or exceeded all of its expectations for internal reporting. The chief attraction of Dynamic AI to DSF was the ease in creating customized reports that provide just the right information that management requires. DSF was especially attracted to the graphing capabilities of Dynamic AI. Implementation was complete in a matter of days. Dynamic AI is now the firm’s core management reporting application.
