Enterprise Edition

The Enterprise edition is a scalable multi-server solution where several Dynamic AI Enterprise Servers are connected to 1 central repository hosted by either a MS SQL Server or an Oracle DBMS.

The Enterprise edition offers detailed logging as well as design and data change versioning to support large companies and large groups of users within an organization as well as keeping very high standards for documentation and audit trails.

In the enterprise edition agent and schedule functionality is optimized to run thousands of reports and exports to automate report alerts, e-mail reporting, application integration, data delivery etc.

To ensure support for high number of users, the Enterprise edition of Dynamic AI allow multiple Dynamic AI servers to work together in a cluster, all connected to a central repository hosted by an Oracle or MS SQL Server. The nature of the Enterprise edition, separating application execution from the repository definitions, allows enterprises to load balance user-traffic and maintain high performance on the repository back-end using various DBMS optimization techniques.

The Dynamic AI repository is a database. I.e. all definitions are stored in a standard table structure and reports and forms can be manipulated across individual report definitions. In the Enterprise edition, the database structure is open and available and allows enterprise administrators to automate and execute sophisticated report changes across any number of reports with simple SQL statements, securing a high degree of flexibility as well as effective repository maintenance.

Embedded separation of test and production environments

Dynamic AI includes build-in support for test and production databases. I.e. with Dynamic AI configured to support development and production environments it is possible to make the planning, development, test, QA, migration and final end user implementation an embedded iterative process of the application without having to move code in-between environments or face resource demanding migration tasks.

Having full logging of all Dynamic AI events by user/session as well as data-change logging and versioning build-in, change management is build into the platform itself. For audit purposes and documentation versioning is documented with detailed overview of elements used on reports, forms etc. as well as changes to those elements in each version of a report design. The versioning also supports reloading and using older versions of reports as well as reloading of deleted report design.

Multi-lingual report design

Dynamic AI supports the following languages including system interfaces: English, German, Dutch, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Hungarian and Danish.

The Server and Enterprise editions support up to 3 different language-versions of reports and forms in Dynamic AI through a centrally administrated dictionary. The central dictionary allows optionally setting default captions for columns of used data-sources within Dynamic AI. The dictionary has other central functions however the functionality to maintain report and form column captions and help text descriptions centrally for all underlying reports is a very effective and controlled way to make reports stay current and ease the end-user understanding of the data within reports.
